This is me missing you in Alamogordo, New Mexico.
Their gym was nice and all, but it's cold comfort.
"L.A.'s fine, the sun shines most the time
And the feeling is 'lay back'
Palm trees grow, and rents are low
But you know I keep thinkin' about
Making my way back
Well I'm New York City born and raised
But nowadays, I'm lost between two shores
L.A.'s fine, but it ain't home
New York's home, but it ain't mine no more."
Girl, who else would quote Neil Diamond to you at midnight?
Home is where the heart is, and that makes mine San Antonio for what used to be two, but is now three reasons. And I don't like to be away.
Your Michael

I miss you too...lots. I can't wait to see you when you get back.
I finished painting the walls in the loft. Maybe I'll tackle some of the trim tonite if I can't sleep.
You quoted Neil to me, so I've got some PJ Harvey to throw your way:
"Beautiful Feeling"
Sometimes I can see for miles
Through water and fire
From England to America
I feel life meet my eyes
And it's the best thing
A beautiful feeling
A smile from San Diego
He is still a boy
Two ends to every rainbow
And a train from Mexico
But he's the best thing
A beautiful feeling
And when I watch you move
And I can't think straight
And I am silenced
And I can't think straight
It's the best thing
Such a beautiful feeling
